Company HistoryPettinaro Company is a second generation, family-owned and managed real estate holding company that develops, constructs and manages properties. Verino Pettinaro founded the company in 1967 and continues to be involved in daily operations together with his son, Gregory, the current CEO. Headquartered in Newport, Delaware, the company owns over 80 properties in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. In response to the growing needs of the Wilmington business community, Cindy Pettinaro Wilkinson founded Pettinaro Relocation in 1997. Our division currently owns and manages several hundred apartments, condominiums and town homes, and provides top service to corporations and individuals in need of interim housing.
