- All of our properties have a 30-day minimum. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer shorter stays.

- Can I bring my pet?
- Yes, for a small charge, you are welcome to bring your pet. Some restrictions apply, but our pet policy is very accommodating.
- How do you compare to a hotel?
- Our staff understands that when you're staying for a month or longer, you want a place to call home.
With rates starting from $50.00 per day, and no occupancy tax, it is obvious corporate housing is the most cost effective way to go. You have more space, more privacy, and you don't have to eat out if you don't want to.
- How do I schedule a tour?
- We would be delighted to take you on a tour of our properties and show you around the area. We will do our best to schedule an appointment that is convenient.
- How do I make a reservation?

- Do you provide housekeeping services?
- We can arrange for bi-weekly cleaning services for an additional fee.
- How am I billed?
- Our billing arrangements are flexible. We will work with your company or with you directly. We accept personal checks, company checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- How much notice do I need to give before I vacate?
- We know your departing date is not always one of which you are sure of. We just ask you to contact us when you get a firm date.
